BLUE HILL AT STONE BARNS

Blue Hill at Stone Barns establishes an atmosphere of fine dining in a pastoral setting. The main dining room occupies a former dairy barn on the Rockefeller estate - part of a complex of Norman-style farm buildings built in the 1920’s. The original barn structures coexist with new architectural elements, framing views of the 80-acre working farm and creating a backdrop to the restaurant’s idyllic Hudson Valley setting.
